Department of Chemistry, Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences and Technology is going to organize a one-day symposium entitled “Symposium on Recent Trends in Chemical Sciences” on April 12, 2016, at Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences and Technology, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi-Pakistan.
This symposium will include valuable lectures of eminent scientists, young researchers, and M.Phil/Ph.D students. Students are invited to attend this symposium.
Objectives
- To promote purposeful research in chemistry
- To promote mutual cooperation and exchange of ideas among the chemists in academia and industry
- To promote the existing level of teaching/research in chemistry
- Raising awareness and appreciation of the role of chemistry in national development
